Sadly, the movie starts with an accident. A boy was hit by a lorry. The incident left the youngster critically injured and on the edge of passing away. We could say he passed away. Remarkably, he quickly recovers. His wounds had also recovered. Eventually, we learn the boy’s name is Nagai. As Nagai is an Ajin, a new category of person, they remain immortal regardless of their health or the severity of their mishap. They will be revived following death. 26 years prior to an Ajin being discovered in South Africa, the story in the film was narrated. There are 46 Ajins in existence as of right now. After this incident, everyone learns Nagai is an Ajin. The government has since then taken over Ajin.
On Nagai, they were conducting an experiment. Before the accident, Nagai was leading a regular life. It is revealed that Tosaki, a guy, was in charge of the experiment conducted on Nagai. This man was presenting the authorities with the experiment report. The unexpected aspect was that Nagai is unsure of why this is occurring to him. What kind of tests are conducted on him? Considering that he is unaware that he is an Ajin. The experiment lab is suddenly attacked by some terrorists. It turns out that the terrorists were Ajins as well.
They explain to Tosaki that they came to free Nagai from this place. As they were saying this, numerous guards approached them, preventing them from entering, and began to fight them. With a unique weapon, one of the guards engages in combat with Sato, a terrorist. Before the strike can hurt Sato, he cuts his hand, which the guard then poisoned. He was battling with the guard without any apparent impact. Using the weapon, another guard strikes Sato close to his heart. After this incident, Sato committed suicide, but as an Ajin, he quickly came back to life. His wounds had also recovered.
Sato ends all the researchers as he arrives at Nagai. He hands him a gun and tells him to kill the last of the researchers. Even after Sato teaches him, Nagai, a pacifist by nature, decides against doing it. Instead, he flees, attacking Sato and dragging the researchers along with him. Sato comes to life, but he has removed a creature from him that has the moniker “black ghost”. None can see them save for Ajins. These beings battle to defend Ajins. Nagai and the other survivors are being attacked by the black spirit that Sato summoned. While running away from it, Nagai unintentionally extinguished his dark ghost.
The Nagai’s creature was engaged in combat with Sato’s ghost for Nagai’s defence. Nagai gains the opportunity to leave during this. Sato again approaches him as they leave the building and catches him. Nagai’s beast halted Sato there, so he was unable to succeed. Afterwards, word of this incidence circulated widely. The press has arrived. This was Sato’s strategy, it was later discovered. He has made this plan with his partner Tanaka. He wants to expose the government’s lies, so he brings Tanaka in front of the media. They aim to divulge to the populace how the government employed Ajins in their research. He is an Ajin, and he tells everyone the truth about it.
He previously released another Ajin. He was named Tanaka and now he has come here to release Nagai. To make sure that everyone believes him, he brought the video. Tanaka was being tortured while they conducted their experiment. After demonstrating this, he declared that Ajins are a subset of humans and ought to be treated as such. He desires an entire metropolis as the Ajins’ home. They won’t be bothered by anyone there, and they’ll have access to their civil rights, allowing them to live in safety. Nagai, on the other hand, is depicted and he has travelled far from there while fleeing. There he encounters an elderly woman. She brings Nagai to her house, where he rests.
A guide was attempting to find Nagai from her sister, who is depicted on the other side. A black ghost suddenly strikes the guard who was enquiring about Nagai. Tanaka’s ghost was the dark one. While sitting outside the hospital and in charge of his beast, Tanaka wants to terminate the guard. so that he might learn about Nagai from his sister. It reveals that the guard was actually an Ajin as well. She kills Tanaka’s black ghost while battling Tanaka’s black ghost. Tanaka was sitting outside the hospital and couldn’t control his black ghost. When he enters the hospital, a large crowd is gathered around the security guard. Tosaki is presented once more and he says nothing to the guard.

He performs Ajin experimentation and informs the media that Sato misled them. Nothing like to this has occurred, refuting Sato’s claim. In the old woman’s home, Nagai is once more shown. When he learns that his sister was attacked, he rushes to the hospital to meet her. We had previously seen her there. He has brought his sister with him to the elderly woman’s home. Nagai is pictured preparing to battle alongside everyone and defend himself. Also, he was pursuing training to master his black ghost beast. Afterwards, Sato reappears and issues a warning to everyone.
If their demands are not met, he claims, they will fire the health ministry officer. The tests on Ajins were held under him. He was settling everything with them for the fight. He was conveying to Ajins that they could take part in this conflict even though they were hiding from humans. The health ministry officer was seated serenely when the scene from the lab was revealed. There won’t be anything like this, in his opinion. The large police force was under the building for their safety. The lab and a jet fall out of nowhere. The building was also damaged, and it has caused a great deal of damage. It reveals that Sato was actually on board the aircraft.
As stated by Sato, he attacked the structure, and numerous Ajins are seen arriving to aid the victims. Sato is being surrounded by police as he exits the building. They were repeatedly blasting Sato with their weapons. He won’t have enough time to resuscitate again as a result. Tanaka, meantime, assaults the cops from a different building. It causes the police’s focus to change, giving Sato a chance to recover. He defeats the policeman with his Ajin abilities after being revived. After winning the war, Sato requests that Tokyo be abandoned within 20 days from Tosaki. As a result, the Ajins will reside there. On the opposite side, everyone finds out close to the old woman’s home that she has provided Ajins with protection there. From there, Nagai departs with his sister in tow. It is Tosaki who is shown contacting Sato and asking whether it will be alright if he is assigned to another city. Sato declined this offer because he wanted Tokyo. Nagai travels to see Tosaki in order to negotiate a deal. Even if it means sending Ajin to battle Sato, Nagai will assist mankind. Tosaki is required to assume the identity of Nagai’s sister in exchange. She must be placed under government protection, which he must do. She was an Ajin as well, although she had nothing to do with the conflict.
Because of this, Nagai wishes to keep her safe. Tosaki concurs with Nagai, and the two are then shown formulating a plan of attack against Sato. We see another side of Sato and Tanaka, and learn why they despise people. Tanaka was tormented for two years while being held captive by humans for their experiments, and Sato spent twenty years in their care. They despise others because of this. Through their abuse and experiments, they wish to protect the other Ajins. The crew of Sato is seen advancing on Tokyo. When moving inside the structure, one of their friends breaks into the government’s computer system.
Tanaka, on the other hand, has held a large number of people prisoner in a structure. Moving up the building, Sato’s friends must let off the deadly gas from there. As Tosaki grabbed Sato’s hacker, things took a turn. When Tanaka enters the room where the lethal gas was, the room is filled with black dust. As a result, they were unable to see anything. The police have the opportunity to make the ajins faint since Nagai released the gas as a result of the black gas. Tanaka is seen aboard a wood ship even after making everyone faint. After that, Tanaka is once more shown inside the structure as he revives the one from which they must carry out their objective to wreak havoc on Tokyo.

Sato and Nagai are still engaged in combat. Sato is astounded by Nagai’s talent. because in just a few days, he has improved. Finally, Nagai succeeds in giving Sato the injection that will cause him to pass out.
Unfortunately, despite Sato becoming dizzy, his creature does not. The creature causes Sato to come to life once more. As the police arrived, Sato was ready to finish Nagai. They use their taser gun to paralyse Nagai and Sato. They were stopped by the cops. They are unable to renew since they have transformed their components into soil. It appears in the recently viewed Tosaki had broken the agreement he had with Nagaiin that he would guard Nagai’s sister. Unexpectedly, it is shown that Nagai had his hand in a secure location when chopping it. Because of his hand, Nagai has rejuvenated himself, giving him a new lease on life. It suggests that the Ajins are still alive and well today. Afterwards, he leaps from the building’s peak. This is where the film finishes.
