And I caught a big, extremely rare fish.

Will resents the fact that whatever story he’s telling is based on a lie.

He thinks that his father tells these stories to his guests so that they pay attention to him.

He arrives and instructs his father to quit fabricating stories.

My son, he continues, these aren’t made-up stories.

All of these stories are based on true events,

And they were written following a heated debate.

They stop talking to each other, and we see Will three years later.

It implies that one becomes aware of the reason for his death.

His friends are adamant about not looking her in the eyes.

Will’s father looks into her eyes over his friends’ restriction.

And he discovers the reason for his death.

As he becomes aware of his death cause, he chooses to accept any and all risks.

Because he has become aware of his death cause and he can live his life without danger.

Later, we notice that his body is changing, that he is growing,

But that his bones are not expanding,

And he is prescribed for three years of bed rest on a machine.

He becomes the hero of his school and town as a result of his quick growth.

A creature appears in Edward’s town one day and begins to eat sheep.

People from the town come to the mare and demand that the monster be killed.

Okay, Mare responds, but I don’t want any more bloodshed in my town.

Following this, Edward informs the mare that I am able to communicate with the monster.

I’ll also request that the monster refrain from eating the sheep.

Later, the town’s residents agree with him, and Edward is able to find the monster.

This is a giant monster, as we can see.

Edward approaches the giant monster and informs him,

That we both are unique and that this town is too tiny for a monster like you and a human like me.

Why don’t we move into a big city.

After hearing this, the monster agrees, and they depart.

When the town’s people learn that the monster has gone.

They become really happy, and Edward receives a key from the mare.

He then takes the monster and leaves after obtaining the key.

A forest appears as Edward passes by, and he decides to take a shortcut.

The monster, on the other hand, is serious about not taking the short path.

They take different routes because they requested to meet each other in different ways.

While passing from there he finds a town in the forest.

People haven’t worn the shoe yet,

Edward is greeted by the town’s mare and his family.

His wife and daughter were present in their family.
The town mare was carrying a diary.

Edward is expected to arrive, according to the message.

He does, however, arrive ahead of schedule.

After taking Edward’s shoe, the mare’s daughter,

Hangs it on a rope where many other shoes were also hung.

We later observe Edward wandering around the town.

He discovers a mermaid in the pond and gets shocked when he sees her.

After staying in this town for a day and a night.

Edward believes he is not yet prepared to live in this place.

He prepares to return from there, and everyone gets shocked when they learn of this.

Mayer’s daughter inquires, “If you don’t have shoes, how will you cross the forest?”

Edward assures her that he is fine and that you do not want him to leave.

I make a vow to come back to see you.

From there, Edward departs and encounters the same giant.

They both proceed, and this time he is without the key that Mare had given him.

Because his key was misplaced, and this flashback comes to an end here.

We next see Edward in the present day, telling his story to his family.

In which he begins to recount the narrative about how he met Will’s wife.

After crossing, the giant and I arrived at a circus show.

The circus owner employs the giant since he has been attacked by everyone.

Later, Edward notices a stunning young lady.

He forgets everything after meeting her and was certain that he will marry her.

Edward wants to speak with her but is unable to do so due to the crowd.

Later, he discovers that she is a member of the owners’ family.

Later, he approaches the owner and asks for a job.

The circus owner informs him that he will not pay him,

But will instead provide him with information about the girl once a month.

Edward agrees and works there for almost three years.

But he couldn’t possibly know her name.

After becoming aware of this, he chooses to speak with the owner by going on his trailer,

Before proceeding to unlock the trailer.

As soon as he opens the trailer, a wolf attacks him.

However, Edward hits him with a stick, and flees him from there.

He notices the owner coming from the direction where the wolf was approaching in the morning.

Later, he discovers that the owner is a werewolf, not a human.

Who was a half-human, half-wolf hybrid.

He expresses gratitude to Edward for not beating him during his wolf appearance.

In exchange for the owner’s happiness, he tells him the girl’s name.

He also informs him that she is a university student.

After leaving the circus, he goes in search of the girl.

He directly goes university and meets the girl.

He later voiced his affections for her, telling her that he likes her and wants to marry her.

She informs Edward that she is already engaged with a teacher.

Edward becomes depressed after hearing this, yet he does not give up.

Edward loads the lawn with her favorite flowers one day to impress her.

The fiancé of the girl become ragged, and she has begun to beat him.

However, Edward does not hit him back,

And the girl learns that her fiancé is beating him and calls off the engagement.

And she married Edward. Edward got hurt and had to go to the hospital.

He gets a letter from the army informing him that you’ve been chosen for a war.

Because of the distance between him and his wife, Edward was concerned.

He is aware, though, that he will not die in the war as he’d seen his death.

And he chooses the most dangerous task so that the army can free him as soon.

He enters the camp wearing a parachute in order to take certain documents.

There was a show going on at the camp, and he met twin sisters who were singers.

Edward invites them to perform in the United States.

Later, he sets a condition to them as well.

To assist him in fleeing this camp in order for him to be reunited with his family and return home.

After hearing this, the twin sisters agree. Finally, he was escaped from there.

Edward was later reported missing by the US army.

They inform his wife via letter. His wife grows concerned after hearing this.

It takes months for him to go, and when he returns, he is reunited with his wife.

Edward later begins working in a shop in order to provide a good home for his family.

As the flashback scenario finishes, Will’s mother shows her the letter from the army,

Which indicates that part of Edward’s stories are genuine.

Later, we get a flashback to a period when young Edward was standing in line at a bank.

Edward’s old friend appears and informs him,

That he had left town after being impressed by your personality.

And now he’s a criminal, and he agrees with Edward to rob the bank.

However, there was no money in the bank for their robbery.

Edward instructs his companion on how to navigate the finance world.

And, according to Edward’s information, his friend becomes a wealthy businessman.

He sends Edward a present of $10,000.

Edward uses this money to buy a lovely home for his family, including his wife and son.

Later, at the present scene, Will was looking for Edward’s documents.

He comes across a record about a town where Edward used to travel via forest.

Will returns to that village later and encounters the mare’s daughter.

After witnessing him, the mare’s daughter knows him.

Because she has already seen him in photographs.

Will inquires of his daughter’s mare as to how his father arrived in this town for the second time?

She claims that he was driving a car one night when a storm hit.

As a result, his car was full with water.

Edward sees the same mermaid when he enters the deep water.

That he’d seen in the pond before when he first arrived in town.

The next day, Edward notices that his car has been parked among some trees.

He discovers his key, which the mare had previously misplaced in the forest somewhere.

Edward recognizes the town as the one where he had previously visited.

Edward becomes shocked when he sees the town.

Because it is no longer as lovely as it once was.

It was desolate, and melancholy was pervasive throughout the town.

The reason for this was that the banks had already been founded.

And later on, everyone was in debt, Edward from his friends who were the natives.

He is in talks with them about buying the town.

He approaches the residents of the town and signs a deal to sell their property.

The deal, however, was not given to Edward by Mare’s daughter.

Because Edward promised her that he would return to meet her.

However, he did not appear in order to persuade her.

When Edward saw the state of her home,

With the help of the giant, he begins to repair her home.

When she notices that he has repaired her home, she gives her deal to Edward.

She also informs him that she likes him later on.

Edward, on the other hand, informs her that I only like my wife.

He afterward left the town and never returned.

In the present, she informs Will that I am a character in Edward’s story.

You and your mother, on the other hand, are a part of his life.

We learn later that Will is returning to town.

On the way, he learned that his father is having a heart attack.

And he was rushed to the hospital, where everyone was concerned.

He requests that no one be concerned because of him.

Because I haven’t seen my death in the eyes of witch.

Will stays alone with his father and sends his mother and wife.

He inquires of his family doctor about the story when he was born?

Your father was not present when you were born,

Due of his job. He also tells tales of the large fish he has caught. It isn’t true;

He simply tells stories to entertain others.

Despite this, Will is confident that his father’s stories were never fake.

He notices his father’s condition has become poor late at night.

He is barely surviving due to his inability to communicate effectively.

As a result, he will not tell any tales.

That’s why he asks Will to tell him about his death.

Will after hearing this says that you’ve never told me what you saw in the witch’s eye?

Despite this, Edward insists on Will telling the narrative of his death.

Will eventually agrees, and he begins to tell the story.

When Edward’s powers return, the narrative begins.

After fleeing the hospital, Will and Edward get into Will’s car and drive towards the river.

There were all of the folks Edward had met present.

Instead of a funeral, they’ve planned a farewell party for Edward.

Will leads Edward to the water after Edward bids them farewell.

Edward transforms into a fish after visiting there.

The same fish we’d seen at the start of the movie.

Edward moves forward after transforming into a fish.

In the present, Edward tells his son that he will die in the same manner.

He was also pleased that my son had understood my tale,

And was aware of my interest in storytelling.

Along with this, Edward passes away, leaving only his will behind.

Will was both relieved and saddened by his father’s death.

In this sense, he was grateful that he was so close to his father near the end of his life.

Edward’s funeral was held afterward.

And there was a lengthy line of cars there that Edward had never seen before in his life.

Whoever was present in his stories.

When Will sees the characters from his father’s stories, he gets shocked.

Because they were so dissimilar to the narrative.

The giant was a 7-foot-tall man, not a monster.

The twin sisters were sisters, but they were not related to one other, nor were they singers.

Will is aware that his father enjoys telling stories.

And his stories are exaggerated in order to entertain, but they don’t contain any lies.

Edward was later blessed with a son.

He tells him his life stories and Edward was present when he told him the stories.

So he lives always in their heart.

This movie ends here.
